John Tushar is a global business strategist specializing in operational leadership, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management, and commercial execution of new products primarily in the healthcare - medical device industry. His career spans marketing, sales, M&A, corporate strategy, including global executive leadership roles in startup, public, and private businesses. Recently, he advised Private Equity and Family Office's on acquisition and portfolio strategies, as well as engaged in private funding and M&A advisory efforts in medical and non-medical fields.
John has a MBA with emphasis on Corporate Strategy and Global Economics from the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University and completed the demanding Mergers & Acquisitions Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He has served on various Boards as Director and Chairman, and is a frequent lecturer at The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
